Mir ist gerade gar nicht zum Lachen, sitze nämlich beim Zahnarzt und wenn ich eins hasse, dann sind es Spritzen 💉 im Mund und deshalb gibt es bei mir auch nie eine Betäubung! 🦷 Kein Scherz, ich hab mehr Angst vor der Spritze als vorm Bohren! 😂 Danach geht’s dann noch kurz in die Stadt und später zum Sport. .

Zdrowe, pożywne śniadanie, które rano wystarczy tylko wyjąc z lodówki? Idealne na upały i gdy rano brak czasu. Albo gdy jesteście zbyt zaspani i głodni żeby cokolwiek gotować po wstaniu z łóżka.
Sprawdzi się tez zresztą jako deser na później - tak czy inaczej: warto spróbować!
Składniki:
👉 60g kaszy jaglanej 👉 1 1/2 szkl mleka (krowie lub roślinne: wtedy polecam sojowe/kokosowe)
👉 100g serka naturalnego (Bieluch lub Skyr; nada się również ricotta)
👉 2 łyżki wiórków kokosowych 👉 cos do poslodzenia: syrop klonowy, miod, erytrol, ksylitol, aromat kokosowy ze słodzikiem, rozpuszczony słodzik: dowolnie :) .
🧁Kaszę podprazyc lekko na patelni i wsypać do wrzącego mleka. Gotować na małym ogniu pod przykryciem do wchłonięcia płynu (ok 15 minut, musi być miękka, w razie potrzeby - dolać płynu). Pod koniec dodać łyżkę wiórków.
Posłodzić serek - do smaku. Dodać ostudzoną kasze i dokładnie zmiksować - cierpliwie; na gładko. Wymieszać z resztą wiórków.
Przełożyć do naczynka i odstawić do lodówki - na kilka godzin lub całą noc.
Krem świetnie smakuje podany z malinami, mango czy ananasem dla przełamania smaku. Można również dodać inne orzechy czy posiekaną czekoladę. .
Obiecałam więcej przepisów, powoli działam - chociaż złośliwość rzeczy martwych jest dotkliwa - czekam na element statywu który zepsuł się akurat teraz 🤷‍♀️ bo tak, chciałabym wrócić do nagrywek z gotowaniem, ale chwilowo muszę zadowolić się taką formą.
Niemniej jednak - polecam spróbować tego kremu, jest przepyszny:) pierwszy raz robiłam go jakieś... 5-6 lat temu prowadząc śniadaniowego bloga (stad niektórzy mogą go już kojarzyć) - teraz odświeżam niektóre pomysły z tamtych czasów i na prawdę: warto poświecić chwile:)

So last ⬅️ week we saw that movement in pain can carryover to movement while not in pain. Specifically, we saw that while movement accuracy can be maintained from pain to no pain, muscle activation patterns may be ⬇️ suggesting compensatory movement strategies. This study highlights the idea of quality over quantity and refutes the old-school theory of “no pain, no gain.” Of course we have to remember that patients should learn when movements ARE tolerable WITHOUT making compensations due to pain, not feeling immediately fearful of minor presences of symptoms.⁣
⁣
That being said, for this week’s application we thought we would share a progressive overload scheme for training around knee pain as this is a condition often seen in clinic! While we’ve shown a variety of exercises that increase in demand on the knee joint, a variety of remaining exercises may be supplemented along the continuum. For example, often times gravity based positions such as squat 🏋🏻‍♂️ variations may not be tolerated initially and thus an exercise in a gravity minimized position such as the leg press may be appropriate . ⁣

When you are trying to take photos but ya girl @melk_dj drops @jauzofficial so all you can do is smile bc he always makes you happy💕🦈 Today was.. better, but things do not instantly change overnight I just chose to be happy and positive with my thinking this morning. Replacing negative thoughts w/ a positive one can truly work wonders. We conquered @transform_20 this morning and made a run happen all before work🙌🏼💦 Gonna continue to make this round happen and these results the best yet.

Envision reaching as far as possible for an object that is just out of reach. Fully supinate arm, lean slightly into the direction of the extended arm for a full stretch of the lat.

✖️Underhand Lat Pulldown (4x10)
Slow down the extension to ensure back is fully stretched, while keeping arms slightly bent to maintain constant tension in the muscles.

Do not sacrifice continued tension in the lat when loading the weight heavier. Focus on hard muscle contraction and slow extension.

There comes a point in every athletes journey that you must with a free conscience know when it’s time to take weight off the bar and check back into your body.
I went to an osteopath recently because of some continuous lower back pain that I’ve been experiencing. He did wonders and of course told me to take it easy.
It’s honestly a sour thought to think you have to stop chasing numbers for a while, but form and injury prevention always come first.
So here I focused on slow tempo reps, keeping my core and back as rigid and tight as possible. I gripped the ground with my toes and drove my knees out.
Notice how I took a full inhalation into my diaphragm before each rep. This fortifies my trunk creating maximum stability.
So instead of the usual chasing 1RM, I went for a smooth 5x5 of 110kg.

Breakfast Goddess Bowl 🤤😍!
Change the game of your breakfast with this yummy and satisfying bowl!

What do you need?
-1/2 cup of chopped starchy vegetable of your choice: I’m having Golden Sweet Potato
-1 cup of chopped leafy greens of your choice: I’m having Broccoli.
-2 pasture-raised eggs
-1/2 of a small avocado
-1-2 tbsp of naturally fermented sauerkraut or pickled.
-Sea salt
-Extra virgin olive oil or flax oil
-Freshly ground pepper or other toppings, I’m having Everything but the Bagel.

👩🏻‍🍳 Directions:
1. Fill pot with a few inches of water, fit it with a steamer basket or steamer pot, and turn the heat to medium-high.
2. Place starchy vegetable, greens in the steamer basket. Place the eggs on top of the veggies like they’re in a little nest. Cover the pot.
3. Set the timer for 6-7 minutes for liquid or creamy yolks. 8-9 minutes if you have extra large eggs, a lot of steam escaping from the sides of the pot, or if you like your yolks fully cooked.
4. When time is up, take out the eggs with a slotted spoon, place in a small bowl, and rinse with cool water for 30 seconds to stop the cooking process.
5. Assemble your plate with greens, starchy
veg, avocado slices, and sauerkraut/cultured vegetables. Top with any spices or condiments you’d like, pinch of sea salt and a dash of Olive Oil.
6. Peel the eggs, place them on the plate, slice through lengthwise, and behold the colorful work of art in front of you before you devour it! .
