I’m really hoping this weekend sees me powering through my ridiculously long to-do list and getting a bit of downtime as well.🤞🏻 . . #autumnisokay #autumnleaves #autumnvibes #streetview #embracingtheseasons

  • What is the hashtag for “there are too many cars in this picture and yet this is what London really looked like today (before the midday downpour) and I’m trying to keep it real on here”? Also I am getting a cold and am fever-captioning. My sincere apologies in advance. #prettycitylondon #mytinyatlas

  • 42 km from the city of Yogyakarta, among the rice fields and the jungle of the island of Java, rises a giant Buddhist temple - Borobudur. The mystery of why the temple was constructed in the first place and how it was buried for centuries is still not clear. Some say that initially it was surrounded by swamps and was buried because of the volcanic eruption of Mount Merapi. It remained lost for roughly 400 years before the colonial governor of British Java decided to have it excavated. Witnessing the sunrise from Borobudur was once in a lifetime experience. While sitting there and waiting for the sun to rise I was admiring the wonder and the mysery of that amazing place, imagining the ancient Buddhist pilgrims plodding their way up with their rosaries swinging from their hands muttering the great mantra of the Buddha ‘Om Mani Padme Hum’. Thank you @indtravel for this unforgettable experience. #TripofWonders #WonderfulIndonesia [ad] And thank you @yuayuyuk for this shot.

  • .. #Chances 😍.. . Thinking about chances today- About the number of chances we give to people & situations and also the very many kinds of chances we get in our lives from others 😊 . I have always believed that consciously, you can give the people you #love genuinely, umpteen number of chances.. They would do the same to you with or without your knowledge. However, in addition to this, I think, subconsciously, we give them all, an even greater number of chances than we realise ❤️ . So when it comes to how our life changes as we grow up and move on from certain relationships/ kinds of situations, it is because we realise that despite the very many chances we consciously and subconsciously give to them, it somehow never comes up to the level of comfort we're hoping to receive in return.. 🙏💯 . I think about the memories I have had in some phases of my life with some of the best #relationships and #friendships and I am so thankful to have been a part of them. Yet I think about the chances of them/it being how it used to be once again, and I concur that maybe it's not meant to be that way 😊 So I just smile and feel fortunate that I still get those 'chances' to think about them and am happy for I recognize the occurrence of these destined happenings ❤️ . I leave you with these thoughts and this lovely hidden gem from my favourite city of #London 💎😘 . Follow @the_petrichor_musings for more such treasured #travel #photographs that I hold dear to my heart ♥️ . #visitlondon #london #thisislondon #timeoutlondon #wanderlust #1ukshot #bestlondonphotos #toplondonphoto #omgb #everysquareastory #cornersofmyworld
