  • 🏠 Hidden cottage 😍 We were supposed to go to Kent today... but in the morning I thought I would enjoy this day more in my pyjamas, eating apple blackberry crumble made by my husband (How lucky I am 😁), watching a tv series and figuring out how to make my dog a new jumper ☺️ What a lovely day it was! 😃 How about you? Did you chill at home or go out?

  • Off around gorgeous Derbyshire today. Heading to my all time favourite medieval beauty, Haddon Hall and hopefully Bakewell to pay a visit to the best Austrian sausage shop I know! The kasekrainer are amazing!! 😍 I will share everything with you on stories. . This is the duck pond in the village of Tissington, another quaint and beautiful Peak village. In the centre of the village stands Tissington Hall, home to the Fitzherbert family who have lived there since Elizabethan times. Don't know about the hall, but I'd fancy this house by the pond. Doesn't it look idyllic? . Happy Sunday ❤👋

  • ENG 🇬🇧 ⬆️/ ⬇️RUS 🇷🇺⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After this shot i understood , that i want to try photography of random people . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Exactly when they dont know , that you take a picture of them . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I dont know why, but this picture has some feelings in it . I been walking down the Talisker Bay in Isle of Skye , when this man , together with women were moving some stuff from the beach to the farm (looks like it was a rubbish from the beach) .⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do you feel something?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ _____________________________________________________________⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ После этого кадра я понял , что мне хочется попробовать фотографировать незнакомых людей . ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ______________________________________________________________⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Location - Talisker Bay, Isle of Skye, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

  • It’s a pretty good view from The Mound, looking on to the Scottish National Gallery, with the Royal Scottish Academy to the rear. Both buildings were designed as separate structures by William Playfair in the nineteenth century, but they now work together as a gallery complex. Their current exhibitions are Toulouse-Lautrec and John Byrne if you fancy a squiz. . . . #exploreedinburgh #culturevulture #scottishart #edinburgh #toulouselautrec #johnbyrne

  • St Michael’s Mount in Cornwall. There is evidence of people living in the area during the Neolithic period from 4000 to 2500 BC, following the discovery of a flint arrowhead found on the lower slope. Originally the site of a Benedictine Chapel, the spectacular castle on the rock dates from the 14th Century. Access is on foot across the causeway at low tide or by a short ferry trip at high tide.

  • The Queens Hotel in the Saint Vincent Quarter has stood on Scotland Street since 1797 although it has been boarded up for more than 2 decades now. With the redevelopment of this area of the city centre you feel it’s days are numbered. Scotland Street is named, ironically, from the influx of Irish immigrants that flocked to the city in the 1840’s due to the potato famine that left a million dead on the Emerald Isle. Sheffielders of this period welcomed the Irish but, mistaking them as Scots, named the area after those north of the border. This street was once lined with pubs but is now half industrial, half derelict. Let’s hope the regeneration brings back the old times!

  • A little throwback to when my parents visited my flat a few weeks back and we took a visit to @nt_york’s Goddard’s House. I absolutely adore Arts and Crafts architecture, and the way the history of this building ties into that of York’s chocolate industry was absolutely fascinating.
