Before my training I always listen to one special song from the Rocky Soundtrack: Robert Tepper- No easy way out.🙌🏻🙌🏻
While I listen to this song my body is like Sylvester Stallone in „Over the top“ when he put his cap back. The machine is on and 100% focus. 👍👍👍
It is a fight against my self. About pain in your muscle when you go to the limit. You know exactly when your brain tells you „finish“ you do have to do 2 more. 🤝🤝🤝🤝
Life is a fight. You will not receive anything in life. You have to fight for it. 🔥🔥🔥Work for it. 👌👌👌Always go the next step. Never give up. Believe. Believe in yourself. Always have got in your mind that you reach your aim. You will win. ☀️☀️☀️

Heute mal Zeit gefunden endlich eine lange Ausfahrt zu machen 😊 super Wetter, schönes Frankenland und die ganze Zeit am Main entlang 🌊 was will man mehr 🤷🏼‍♂️ diese Ausfahrt hat mir einen kleinen Vorgeschmack auf die Halbdistanz gegeben und ich weiß, dass es noch viel zu tun gibt wenn ich nächstes Jahr eine super Zeit hinlegen will 🏊🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️ dennoch bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Leistung heute 🔥👌🏻

Starting a new job where I’m not as active, but that’s also super draining at times has me not treating my body well.
